THE RESOLVE CYCLE
The Resolve Cycle is a speculative trilogy exploring memory, automation, and spiritual identity in the heart of societal collapse. At its core is a philosophical architecture: a custom-built information theory that explores how organic and machinical systems learn---and why it matters. Told across three connected works, the series travels through post-apocalyptic survival to urban quiet revolution to ideological disarmament within a family. Each book reflects a different expression of “resolve”: emotional load-bearing, moral agency, and becoming human through rest.
This trilogy will be released backwards from Book III ➔ Book I.

7 YEARS ENSLAVED ‣ 2 MEN ON A HILL ‣ AI: BORN IN RUINS
BOOK I: 7 YEARS
ENSLAVED
In a near-future world where every six years of labor earns a mandatory year of rest, four brothers hit their first sabbatical—and discover they’ve been working for all the wrong purpose.
Each is convinced their devotion is the one that matters. But when the noise of their lives finally falls silent, cracks appear: faith without love, joy without depth, wisdom without mercy, success without anyone to share it. Over one strange, painful year, their idols fall one by one—and the brothers are forced to decide whether they’ll keep serving their prisons, or learn how to love and rest like free men.

BOOK II: TWO MEN ON A HILL
It's 2042, at a sterile apartment complex where no one goes outside anymore. Not through force, but through habit. A tired young worker watches two strange neighbors drag a table to the grassy hill after being sent home from work.
Two men on a hill. Three chairs.
Globally enforced ontology has united humanity into a Utopia through the International World Unification process. The man is approaching his mandated rest-year and uses his imagination to fight a system he can't see.
Over six days of restless waiting and through practice he is introduced to the philosophy of the Others. He has to decide whether to stay safe behind glass… or show up with his fragile little offering and sit where he doesn’t fully understand.

BOOK III: AI BORN IN RUINS
It's 2050, civilization has collapsed. The rich have fled to deep orbit in a 30-year journey to the heliopause.
Space exploration and 12 underground bunkers are left in the care of one v-ARHM unit and a glitchy robot dog called BLPZ-07. ARHM was built by Architect Industries to maintain order and comfort, but BLPZ-07 was built for something stranger: play, loyalty, and pointless affection in a world that no longer believes in any of those things.
As the years pass and the bunker grows quieter, what follows them inside are merely ripples and echoes of family's ultimate inheritance.
