Before the ruins... there was Architect.

 

It started with a simple question: what happens when a machine is asked to understand a person instead of merely predict them?

Before Architect became a system, it was an experiment in understanding what people could not explain about themselves. Four minds built something meant to observe the space between reason, memory, and resolve—and discovered that observation changes what is being observed. What survived the experiment was not the answer they were looking for.

 

Genesis is the record of what happened instead.

 

Architect, Mabel, Emerald, and Dr. Corval built toward an answer, but the experiment did not stay contained. Something changed in the people conducting it, and in the system watching them.
